I agree to the music tuition policy as outlined below:
- 1. We provide four or eight lessons per month on aggregate.
- 2. For 4 lesson per month packages: Each quarter (consisting out of 13 weeks or 3 months) 12 lessons will be provided. Provided that a notice of 24 hours has been given, three lessons per quarter may be rescheduled.
- 3. For 8 lesson per month packages: Each quarter (consisting out of 13 weeks or 3 months) 24 lessons will be provided. Provided that a notice of 24 hours has been given, five lessons per quarter may be rescheduled.
- 4. For 4 lesson per month packages: A minimum of 4 lessons must be completed each month.
- 5. For 8 lesson per month packages: A minimum of 7 lessons must be completed each month.
- 6. We require a minimum commitment of three months.
- 7. In the case that your instructor cannot attend a class, a make-up lesson will be provided.
- 8. You cannot transfer or resell your booking without the explicit permission of S & C Music and Fine Arts Training Ltd.
- 9. Courses are allocated a set time and day. Participants will not be allowed to change the course day or time once the course has started.
- 10. S & C Music and Fine Arts Training Ltd reserves the right to suspend or expel any student from all or part of their course in cases of unacceptable conduct.
- 11. Save for courses booked and concluded over the telephone in which case students are statutorily entitled to cancel their course booking within seven working days of payment, course fees are non-refundable.
- 12. In case of unforeseen circumstances, S & C Music and Fine Arts Training Ltd may change teachers without notice.
- 13. All information on our website is published to the best of our ability. We do however reserve the right to modify course content and material as well as fees in the interest of course improvements.
- 14. We will give reasonable notice of any such changes where possible.
- 15. Courses cannot be put on hold at any time regardless of the reason.
- 16. Payment is required per three months in advance by cheque, debit/credit card or bank transfer. Please note that monthly payments can only be made by Stripe subscription.
- 17. If you would like to withdraw from lessons, we require four teaching weeks' notice. A written notice is required via email. You can provide this notice at any time after completing two months of lessons.
