1. To reschedule any lesson we need 24 hours prior notice.
2. In the case that your instructor cannot attend a class, a make-up lesson will be provided.
3. You cannot transfer or resell your lesson without the explicit permission of S & C Music and Fine Arts Limited.
4. S & C Music and Fine Arts Limited reserves the right to suspend or expel any student from all or part of their course in cases of unacceptable conduct.
5. Save for courses booked and concluded over the telephone in which case students are entitled to cancel their course booking within five working days of payment, course fees are non-refundable.
6. In case of unforeseen circumstances, S & C Music and Fine Arts Limited may change teachers without notice.
7. All information on our website is published to the best of our ability.
8. We do however reserve the right to modify course content and material as well as fees in the interest of course improvements. We will give reasonable notice of any such changes where possible.
